What is the decision as to we will be using V3 Scenarios?
Scenario determination?

I suggest that the no air-power prohibition for five months is rather much. May I suggest as an alternative, that roll a d6 for any battle fought in those months and 4,5, 6 weather is too cloudy, no air-power, then the players select their list.

Does the mud/snow rule rool made before or after list selection? before/after scenario selection?

Suggest the following:
1. Weather roll if 4,5,6 cloudy no air.
2. Select list.
3. Mud/snow roll.

ATTKR/DEFENDER: I THINK IT WOULD BE STRANGE IF RFBERLIN FEATURES A SERIES OF ENGAGEMENTS WHERE THE GERMAN IS MANY TIMES THE ATTACKER IN THE SCENARIO, EXCEPT FOR FORTRESSES. How to address?

Localized counter-attacks. They're common enough even for defenders when you're only fighting at the Company level.

A 50-50 chance for almost everything being difficult terrain seems a bit high. Would it be possible for the game master to go by how bad the weather was historically (i.e. looking up what the weather was like from historical battle reports). If you need help with this I'd be happy to help with the research. This would make "The Bulge" a lot more fun as well as that wonderful mud and snow they had on the Eastern Front :D . Signed, Cpt.
